City in Austria bans use of cellphones in public transport
Because the vehicles already creates noise?
Nope, the Mayor of the city of Graz in Austria issued a regulation for Mobile Phone users to put their phone to silent when inside a public transport.
He also prohibited playing loud music… well.. he’s the mayor. =p
