After the typhoon, my friend who's only living in Makati area still has no internet connection. She already called 5 times to Globe technical service but she was only advised that they'd sms her if there is already a connection. And it's been three weeks already and no feedback from Globe yet. Haay! What kind of support does Globe have?! And why is Sun or Smart already working in that area. Globe sucks!
