Smart is suck. I can’t even open a website. There’s no bandwidth, the signal is good but it’s just no bandwidth.

i have a problem connecting to the internet using 3G I can only connect using GPRS. i am using 3G sony ericsson phone.

You should only be deducted once if you’re still within the 30 minute period. You can reconnect as many times as you want within that time frame.

Are you sure you are using smart?

ok…by doing that it cost a lot to my side coz everytime i reconnect, it does deduct to my load…any ideas? thanks…

just try reconnecting and accessing the internet again.. most of the time that solves this problem

hi just wanna ask…my problem was i’m connected to network but there’s no page displayed and it was deducted to my load…i tried it so many times…i also tried to ping any website and still request timed out…pls help

using pc suite to connect and connection window says “you are online”

I also encountered some of the problems you had mentioned, and I guess it’s not normal when that happens. More so today I really don’t have a 3G signal from smart, way to go for a service right?
