SMART Connect
I like this service from Smart called Smart Connect.
SMART Connect, Your All-day, Everyday Multi-Access Link to SMART.
With SMART Connect, you’ve got the freedom to choose which way you would like to get the service or information that you need.
And because you’re no longer limited to just one way of access, customer service or information is faster, more convenient and now more direct
In short, its having customer service at your fingertips!
Its an old service – old coz it was released in 2007 but It was only a couple of weeks ago that I got to know about it and actually use it.
Smart Connect is made up of 4 “Connections”:
1. Web Connect – Online Web Connection to Customer Care (Balance Inquiry, Text Reconnection, Voicemail Activation or even get your PUK code)
2. SIM Connect – access Customer Care Services like Call and Text Card Status, Call Reconnection, International Roaming Activation or Deactivation and more through your own SIM Menu.
3. Hotline Connect – Coming soon
4. Zone Connect – Downloads, load, payments, other services
I’ll have separate posts for Web Connect and SIM connect.
This is a great way to de-clog your customer service hotline. Make the basic needs of users available right away. Automate how you do it.. faster processing…
Maybe this is the reason why its soooooooooo hard to get through smart’s customer service hotline. It takes me an average of 20 Minutes – yes 20 minutes – to get to talk to a customer service agent. And then we’ll just talk for 5 minutes.

Paging counter of smart bro bill.Bakit walang bawas tong bill ko.Bayad ako since pag apply pati monthly bill.june ako nag apply: July bayad pati additional pays binayaran ko.Suppose this August i expect P999 lang ang bill.WOw total amount ko P2,159.12 ano hello.kaka recieve ko lang new bill today so i need emmediate action.Ang galing nyo ra bang maningil kaya maraming nag stop ng smart bro.Pagbayad ko dyan this week

meron bang makakatulong sa akin kung paano ako makakakuha ng PUK? matagal ko nang gamit ang 09196984216, sim block na. lahat ng important contact # ko ay naka store sa sim card, wla naman akong time para pumunta sa Smart center, co’z im working onboard the ship. pls help

i’m working abroad right now i want to know how to activate my smart roaming?i had been using my smart sim for so long and suddenly it says inacive ya it’s means it doesn’t work anymore.pls.help me

Since you are already abroad, I don’t think smart connect will work.
Try this:
> Send a text messages with keyword “VRoam” to 333.
> SMART downloads ‘Roaming Menu’ to subscriber’s SIM
> A flash message will appear: “Roaming Menu has been successfully downloaded”
> For Subscribers who have already activated their roaming, you will see a “Script already exists” message/error.
> Cost to download: P22.50 (P20 for the successful International text sent +P2.50 for menu download).
