Dapat i-charge lang nila per minute is local rate sa pilipinas per minute dahil ang tinatawagan nating number (PLDT Number) meaning if I call using PLDT Talkpad virtual number to call -> PLDT local Line, eh dapat normal local call lang dahil parehas ating number lang din naman ang tinatawagan and the objective is they must give Virtual PLDT Number na Philippine number and we will use this Virtual number to call PLDT lines. (Eto Opinion 2 ko). Ito ay opinion ko lamang.. I am a VoIP user overseas and PLDT Talkpad rates for $0.14 is not much of a savings.
