3G iPhone for $199

Its finally out! After the long wait and much speculations, non other than Steve Jobs himself introduced the 3G iPhone.

As you can see from the picture, it has only one camera… a 2 megapixel cam. Its slimmer than the original iPhone. And Mr. Jobs says it faster too. Plus.. the battery life is much better compared to the first generation model.

The 8GB 3G iPhone will sell for $199 worldwide while $299 for the 16GB model.

The rumors were right after all. here’s a pic i posted last May 9.

Globe already posted an announcement on their site:

I’d rather buy an HP Mini than the iPhone - for now.. hehehhe.. I love gadgets.. and i’m an apple fan.. but its something i’m not eager to have…

Reports say that 22 25 countries will see the iPhone first. ~~Which may include the Philippines~~. One way or another (you know what i mean). Globe said later this year.

It would have been great if the iPhone was equipped with two cams.. and a higher megapixel cam.. like 3.2 megapixels would be enough. Then i might buy it. =p

Also, the smaller the unit, the less quality the speakers will be.. but hey, the iPhone is not a multimedia phone right?

Hmmm.. lets see when the China iPhone clone will be launched! hahahahha
