Sony Ericsson to release an 8.1 megapixel phone
While most tech and mobile inclined people are still all eyes on Apple’s latest release, the 3G iPhone and on Nokia’s rumored phones N79, N85, 5800 XpressMedia…. Here’s Sony Ericsson not wanting to be left behind.
The Unofficial Sony Ericsson blog gave a sneak peak of an upcoming Sony Ericsson phone with a whopppppping 8.1 megapixel camera, the SE C905 Cyber-Shot mobile phone.

Along with its massive 8.1 megapixel camera are the following:
- auto focus
- face recognition
- a new feature called Smart Contrast
- image stabilization
- BestPic
- red-eye reduction
- xenon flash as well as photoflash for both photos and videos
- Plus here’s more…. It will also be the first SE phone with Wi-Fi capabilities and HSPDA (3.6G up to 7++G). Also another first will be the built-in accelerometer
- It will also have TV-out capabilities
- This one is really something to watch out for. Sony Ercisson is said to announce this baby on the 17th.
- I Think I found my other phone and the reason why i will be using a Sony Ericsson phone. However, its the price that i’ll have to worry. Knowing SE, their prices are not that “for the masses”. =p but still.. i want this phone!

- SE is gonna give Nokia and Apple a tough competition with this! I just really hoe the price will be not that high. please…
