HURAH! for WordCamp Philippines
Its been months of planning and getting things in place… But last Saturday, September 6, 2008, bloggers, developers, and soon to be bloggers converged at the the De la Salle College of Saint Benilde for the first gathering of mostly wordpress bloggers and developers here in the Country and in South East Asia… WordCamp Philippines!
I was overwhelmed by the large number of participants. We did not expect that everyone will attend… that’s a fact in every event… but still.. more than 250 campers came to learn, have fun, and talk with Mr. Wordpress himself, Matt Mullenweg.
I was surprised with the interest of mainstream media in covering the event. What surprised me more is that i was looking for them but i was told that most of them attended the Morning Breakaway sessions! AHA! They wana learn more about blogging!
We had some problems here and there.. but every problem has solutions and we were able to provide those.
I’ve extended my vacation to give time to recuperate.. Got very exhausted in WordCamp… I was chosen as the host. but it was sooooooooooo worth it. I’ve been reading blogs post about their great experience at WordCamp.

And again about this. If the search engines learn to understand the meaning, the bloggers have poizgolyatsya to be readable and do not like the others.
