I was wondering around the internet when i bumped in to this discussion about changing the look of mobile phones.
One user said he was able to change his Nokia N95 into an iPhone! And so i got curious… and i told myself, if it works on the N95.. it might also work on the N82!
So I did some research… and found the answer. Here’s how my Nokia N82 looks like now.
This is not just a theme… Those buttons actually work!
Less the touchscreen capabilities.. i say my phone is somewhat an iPhone! hahahhah. Tomorrow…. i’ll change my N82 into an SE walkman phone!
How?
Through the use of GDesk!
GDesk is a customizable and extendable desktop system. Icons can be placed on the desktop representing applications, page links and plug-ins; these can then be launched by tapping them.
To know more about what GDesk is and the all the nifty stuff that you want to know… go here.
To download a copy of GDesk, go here. I downloaded the latest version.
I’ll explain in my next post how to use GDesk. But if you can’t wait, head on to the GDesk forums and find it out yourself. =p
So far, it not that of a memory or battery hog. But its a running application so expect it to consume battery power.
More later…

Will be waiting for your How to Use…
Having a hard time using it in my E51, haha
