There are times when i’m sending a text message using my Nokia N82 I get an error.
It says “Text Message alreay in Use”
Its not often, but its annnnnnnnoying whenever you see it.
Well, it doesn’t need a genius to figure what the problem here is… The text messaging program is currently running and has not yet finished processing (sending or receiving) the previous action.
But what’s causing it?
I didn’t have this error before.. I think its something to do with either my 4GB memory card (which i’m having problems with) or i installed an application which is also using the text messaging function. And that application is Nokia Conversations.
I’ve already changed my memory card back to the original 2GB microSD card… And i havent experinced this error again.. So maybe its with the memory card.. But i’m not giving a final verdict yet. I’m still checking if the application – nokia Conversations – has something to do with it.

Its caused by the application NOKIA Conversations.
same problem with my nokia 6630,,,,,give me a sloution pls………
it first shows me “text message already in use” but if i try sending it again msg gets delivered

Worked for me when i removed my memory card. Not sure what the real issue is!
Currently i havent put the card back in to check.. but i had done a factory setting reset as well.. though that might not have been necessary.

I am also facing the same problem…same when takin log options & app manager…but once i removed my mem card all have been rectified except the “msg already in use”..
Even factory reseting done, i am not receiving messages also, not even able to open the meassging….
please give me a solution, i am going to update or reset my software….thats the only option left with….
