I’m sure you’ve heard about Smart offering Digital TV experience via Digital TV capable mobile phones.

Technically, only Smart is offering Digital TV to mobile phones through their  MyTV service.  All you need is a mobile phone that can receive Digital TV signals either from DVB-H or ISDB-H.
