I’ve been a fan or  ”suki” of CDR King for more than 5 years now.  I’ve been to different branches in Manila and in Davao.

It was only recently that i tried their Online Customer service. Coz i’ve been wanting to buy a 5M USB extension cable with booster like the one shown below. But everywhere i go, they always run out of stocks.

So i sent a message to CDR King through their online contact form.

I noted in my message that i’d like to buy the item and if it is possible for me to just pick it up (and pay of course) at a specific branch.

After 2 days, i got an email from CDR King through Jeselyn Ong:

Good morning!

the USB extension cable 5m will be available at gaisano mall probably by next week friday, during their delivery.

please kindly purchase from the said branch.

thank you

Now i don’t have to go back again and again hoping to be able to buy an out of stock item! I thought that was it. But no.. i got another email from Jeselyn:

good pm!

the item you’re looking for has already arrived at gaisano davao and i told them to reserve 2pcs usb extension cable 5m for you. please purchase at the said branch. thanks.

CDR King gives updates regarding the status of the item that you requested! NICE!!!!!

So when i went to the branch, I told the sales lady my name and the item that i ordered online. She checked it with another CDR King personnel and they gave me the items. What’s even better is that I didn’t have to fall in line! Yeah! They already ran out of numbers and a lot of people were waiting for their turn but they prioritized me. awwwwwwwwww.

There might be some who would say that they were handled differently, but based from my experience, i was “handled with care”. :D

And so i really want to thank CDR King for the great “customer service” that they gave me.

I’m now enjoying the use of the Cable with the wifi dongle plus a 9dbi antena! Wifi Hoarding! hahahah!

    Lucky you! I have yet to find a CDR King branch here in Manila where the salespeople have any inkling about what CS is! Then again, you were talking about their online CS, right? ;)

  5. dapat alam nyo ba yan cd-r king nayan sa starmall wala talagang kwenta kasi yung usb card reader ko di nila mapalitan agad sabi verify verify pa putcha halos wala na nga ako gamitin tapos wait pa me 7 days alam mo ang ginawa ko binigay ko nalang yung usb ko at di na ko nalang kinuha kasi wala naman kwenta pag makikipagtalo ka pa at useless rin its just a waste of time para mag wait ka pa ng several damn weeks para sa usb card reader. db? CD-R King Sucks when it comes to technical problem… Mga wala silang kwenta…

    yung webcam na binili nmin jan sa cdrking sm pampanga binili nmin last may,after 3 days yung switch nagkaproblema,den mhigit 1 week bago nmin naibalik sa kanila,sbi nla repair daw 1 or 2 weeks daw mku2ha na nmin,ngayon nka-ilang balik na kmi pra kunin webcam, wla prin,lgi nla cnasabi ta2wagan daw kami,pro up 2 now wla prin,mhigit ng 1 month,nag e-mail nrin kmi sa knila,wla din sagot..?san pba pwede mag-reklamo please help nman,kc sayang nman binayad nmin dun webcam 580.00php d nman nmin nagamit,mahirap lang kmi…

    bumili ako wireless router LP 8186 minsan nagamit ko ngayon ayaw na gumana.malakas naman signal nya kaso di ako makaconnect sa internet ps. help naman di ko maibalik sa store kasi nawala ko na receipt.

    to nette capapas, regarding po sa router nyo tawag lang po kau sa no. 666-4567 or 666-4568. technical support sa router configuration.

    ng repormat kc ako ng unit so kailangan ma install ng cam wala nyung driver sakin pano ko pwede ba pakibigay yung site na pwde ko makuha ung link para ma install ko ulit..

    visit http://www.cdrking.com and go to their download section for item drivers.

    you can also chat with their online technical support so you can have the driver send to you right away.

    well, personally i like looking at CDRKING Stores first when im needing something na meron naman sila.. i can save a lot kasi ehh.. un nga lang, i need to fall in line lang talaga..

    i never tried the online reservation yet but i think now i will.. :D

    umm, we just bought a 54 mbps wireless-g ap router. but im having trouble in making it work. the laptop can detect the connection thru wireless. but, there is no internet present. even the desktop computer that is connected thru cable has no internet connection. eventhough their network connections status says that they are connected.. what should i do?

    pls fastrack d maintenance of ur site. regarding installation of router from cdrking, we bought a month ago, u need a relatively technical person in networking to really configure a router specially those with several protocols or firewall layers-like broadcasting the wireless or not, filtering or not, SSID, wifi cgnal the n,b,g,a, and other etc…some customers are ill-advised to their disapointment pls help them thru this forum. thank you. (i’m lucky my brod is a network installer)

    graveh!!ang babagal na ngang kumilos ng staff ang susungit pa!!imagine, 48 years ka ng nkatayo sa harap nila sabay uunahin un ksunod na customer!!at di lang un!! di ka pa tapos magsalita at magtanong sasagutin ka na ng pabalang!!! grabeh!! ang susuplada nila at ang  jujungit! unlike don sa ibang cdr king branch na super friendly at magaganda ang mga staff!! super haba na ng pila, inuuna pa ang daldalan!! wow….kairita at kaloka cla grabeh!!!

    Buy ako 5x ng mic-headset cdr king. 3 nasira agad bcause of small
    wires na madaling malagot. Bumili ako ng pcie card worth P800 sa
    cdr king trinoma. it did not work binalik ko agad the same day, in all fairness nirefund naman nila. Yung card reader na binili ko nasira agad. Yung capturing device na binili ko worth P 1,800 nasira din marupok. Yung web cam that needs driver cd, buy the 12
    mega pixel cdr king web cam color white. It doesn’t need any driver
    and will work fine as well though generic.

    Naka 4 akong mouse 2 nasira agad sa cdr king munoz ko binili on sale. One thing I don’t like about cdr king is the short warranty duration six month lang. Dapat 1 year at least di ba? At saka items on sale dapat may warranty rin. Paano kung masira agad e hindi na raw pwedeng ibalik ang naka on sale.
    May mga suplada rin talaga like sa San Lazaro cdr king may suplada rin nagalit siya sa akin inintroduce niya ang branded flash drive pero meron naman generic na mura bakit pa ako bibili ng branded. With those words I said para siyang nagalit agad at panay ang bulong pero hindi ko pinatulan dahil baka humaba pa ang kaso pirmi pa naman akong nagsisimba sa Santo Nino De Tondo.

    meron lang ako complain regarding customer handling sa branch nyo sa Robinson’s lipa. the first one happen to me last yr, pinalampas ko. but today nangyari again. kulang sila s staff tpos ang gulo ng sistema nila in assisting customers.

    their system is upon arrival of the customer at the store,the customer have to get a number and be waited to be called by an electronic counter. BUT! wala silang sign kung saan ka dapat pumila. pansin ko kung sino lng ang mkharap nilang customer un ang inuuna nilang i-assist. and the counter stops at # 9. so wat’s the use of that counter when it just makes that customer que very2 slow. and the one that annoys me much that made me hiterical is you sales lady that is not very polite to their customer. prang utang n loob ko p n i-assist nya ako. i suggest that you iron out your store’s systems in customer handling. dpat cguro may signages n ngsasabi kung saan dpat pumila para lahat at naa-attendan ng maayos at customer relations seminar pra s mga sfront liners para they will know how to handle difficult customers like me at d nsisira ang reputation ng company n’yo at more sales person to attend to the needs of all the customers knina kc parang 1 is to 1o ang ratio. 1 sales person to 10 customers. with these ay naapektuhan din ang benta n’yo sa halip n lunaki ay naalis n lang dahil nayayamot. tutal may iba p namang mbibilhan n iba e.

    hope you will listen and immediately act to my comments and suggestions,I know this can help yopu a lot improve your customer satisfation level.
