Funny… really.. i find it funny.

I applied for a SUN Broadband plan 999 (2-in-1 combo) last Monday. And today i got word that my application got denied.
But for sure they won’t say the reason why i got denied.
Funny as I went through all the hassle of supplying the required documents for my application and I even submitted a Certificate of employment that even indicates that i have a “communications allowance”.
- They even asked for 3 persons who’m they can verify my existence from. hahhaha
Funny as i was able to have my Globe postpaid line approved just recently – Plan P1,800 with just a certificate of employment and my ID and recent 1 month payslip.
Funny that the amount involved is just P999.00. I hope i don’t sound “mayabang” but, i think i can pay P999.00 a month.
Funny coz I indicated that i will be paying through auto-debit via my HSBC Credit Card. So they don’t have to worry that i won’t be paying. (Oh, my credit limit was recently increased).
Well, if i still want to use SUN Broadband, i can avail of their EASY BROADBAND plan. But maybe i won’t be needing a SUN Broadband afterall? As I’m a happy SMART BRO Prepaid user. And i can also use my Globe plan to connect to the internet with my Nokia N82. Good thing globe enhanced their mobile internet rates.
So maybe my application being denied… is a blessing in the SUN..
UPDATE:
My brother saw this post and offered to pay for the P1,895 fee for the unit and i’ll pay for the monthly. Wahahahha. So i bought one today. I was in cubao and asked Jon if there was a sun shop in the area. He pointed me in Ali-mall. And there i got the Easy Broadband plan.
They took my ID, and my Globe Billing. And my payment. That’s it. I paid using my credit card. It took 30 minutes to have my unit. It was activated after 3 hours. When i got home my brother said “Ganun lang pala kasimple pinahirapan ka pa sa application mo“.
Verrrrrrry True!
Funny still!

hahahaha! You’re not alone. Years ago, I applied for a Sun P350 line and after going the hassle of providing all the documents they need, they denied my application. That was the time when I was still paying more than P2K for my cable internet and P350 is nothing compared to that. Apparently, they wanted me to present a “competitor’s bill”.
Oh well, their lost. They choose people who “applies a line, get the phone and vanish” over us who will pay the monthly fees regularly. Kung ayaw nila eh di huwag!
