I’m not a big fan of Nokia E-series phones or PDAs… I don’t like – or maybe i haven’t got used to using – the QUERTY keypad. And most E-series phones have Querty kepayds. But a friends told me that at first, he didn’t liked it either but afterwards, it was his phone of choice.
Nokia E50 series
E-series phones were built to offer mobility to professionals on the move – for those seeking both business and pleasure in a phone. When we say high-end e-series phones the high end part is on the business side of it and not on the leasure part.
So what’s the difference with E-series and N-series nokia phones? Nokia N-series phones are more for the high in multimedia use. More on pictures, videos, and sounds. Good thing most of the features of N-series phones are now being carried by E-series phones most of the time, a level down. Like you haven’t seen an eseries phone with a 5 megapixel cam right? So its clear than in each series, some features are a noch higher than the other.
So what are the E-series phones? Let’s roll them out…
The E5x series: E50, E51, E51 Camera Free, and E55.
The E6x series: E60, E61, E61i, E62, E63, E65, and E66.
The E7x series: E70, E71, E75
and the E90, the only E9x e-series phone.
If ever I’ll buy an E-series phone, I’d like to have the E75. as to why, i’ll reserve that for a future post.
