The company aims the low-end market with features compared to high-end devices at cheaper prices. True enough, the prices of their mobile phones ranges from P3,000 to P6,000. Part of its main lineup are dual-SIM mobile phones.
Packed with Cameras for taking photos and they even have one mobile phone that lets you watch your favorite local TV channel.
Cherry Mobile also has a number of authorized service centers in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Mukang may problem ang phone mo sa signal. Baka may damage ang antenna sa loob ng phone. You should have it checked at the nearest cherry mobile service center.

we bought 2 cherry mobile phones and im so dis appointed wd the service..imagine 2 months before u can get back ur phone pagnasira. sana hindi nlng ako bumili ng bago. i bought 8 last oct 12, 2010.ilang monts lng sira agad. yung isa apat na bisis naparepair.

Q7 no service/signal after few months use, never been dropped/wet.
Sa mga nagbabalak na bumili ng cherry mobile, HUWAG NA KAYO GUMAYA SA PAGKAKAMALI NG MARAMI.
Based on experience, maganda sya sa umpisa, i even recommended it to friends but after few months sirain na, then yung mga numbers ng service centers na nakalagay sa website madami does not exist- HINDI BA KAYO NAGTATAKA BAKIT PURO PHONE NUMBERS AND WALA PHYSICAL ADDRESS?
Kung ayaw nyo maniwala sa akin, take a look sa mga comments sa taas, from the beginning dami curious and dami nagrerecommend but later check nyo comments puro na problems.

Akala ko ba MyPhone, Cherry Mobile, at Torque mobile ay Philippine made eh nag-research ako at nagtanong sa mga insider kung meron silang factory dito sa Philippines eh wala pala!!!! Paano mo masasabing Philippine phone ito! Eh yung karamihan ng phone ng MyPhone ay from Taiwan pala please check out generalmobile.com tingnan nyo similarities at yung cherry mobile eclipse2 ay taiwan rin google ninyo Gigabyte Gsmart S1205… Kung talagang pilipino na CP ito eh sana ang mga empleyado na nag aasemble at nabibigyan ng trabaho ay mga pilipino!!!! Mga manloloko kayo!!!!!!!!! Rebranded lang pala ginagawa ninyo!

Tama po iyon. Wala po silang factory dito sa pilipinas. Ang akala ng maraming tao ay Pilipino phone po ito pero ang ginawa nila ay nag contrata sila sa china na madami ang bibilhin nila at sinabi na ilagay ang brand name nila. Ganito rin ang ginagawa ng ibang companya sa ibang bansa. Kaya hindi kayo magtataka na ang parehong model na phone ay iba iba ang nakatatak na brand name. Wala pa kakayahan ang pilipinas na gumawa at mag-assemble ng sariling cellphone.
I’ve purchased a Q4 last January 31, 2011 via VISTA MOB TEL, INC. in Starmall Alabang. It is clearly stated in their issued receipt to replace the unit, if the phone malfunction, hang-up, no power or auto-off within 15 days from the date of purchase. On the 2nd day of usage, the unit started malfunctioning, it auto-offs within a few minute, which made open it from time to time, due to my busy schedule I reported the incident yesterday February 8, 2011 and ask them to check on the unit, they too found-out that unit is malfunctioning, I then asked for a replacement since its still under the “15 days replacement” warranty. Much to my regret, it didn’t happen! They asked me instead to go to the nearest service center since they said should be the one to replace the unit. How is this true? Walang Kwenta!
You should report them sa DTI. They should have replaced your unit if its still within the 15 days period.
Whenever I buy a gadget, yung replacement and repair talaga ang pinapasulat ko sa resibo. Para malinaw at hindi verbal lang.

got a problem with my Q11 … i was gonna charge it via PC and was not aware that it has been infected with a “sality virus” … after charging, my phone was going haywire like hell… its touchpad nav is not working anymore and when the LCD backlight turns off and switched itself to standby mode, the phone restarts by itself. you really have to maintain the phone in use so that it wouldn’t switch itself to standby mode.
I can still send SMS without the touchpad by only using its shortcut keys but it’s really not comfortable.I had a friend who has a cybershot and have the same problem … His phone ended up not working anymore…(His phone also have that cursed computer virus)
we also tried scanning our phones with an antivirus and was healed from 3 identical viruses but the problem was still there ,,, (poor cybershot, lucky for my cherry coz’ it’s still alive)

problemsa q3i: re., changing of wallpaper and screensaver, parati siya bumabalik sa default na jeep image. also ganoon din ang nangyayari pag pinalitan ang ring at message tone- bumabalik sa default tones.
i was thinking restoring it to factory default. is 1122 universal password for all units ng cherry?

My Trident Q300 Cherry phone Internet does not function well. If I sign in to Yahoo, a word “MEMORY FULL” pops out, thus I can not brows on the internet. The same with FACEBOOK. Everytime I go to FB “FULL MEMORY is displayed. Ang hirap pang ma-unlocked. Ang mahal pa naman 6000 plus ang bili ko noong unang lumabas ito. Tripple SIM nga pero pag nilagyan ng T and Tsim yung 3rd sim, ibang character ang lumalabas pag mag-verify ng load balance, di mabasa dahil parang asian character ang nakasulat. Sa dami ng nagko-complaint against this brand of phone, sana makialam na ang DTI. Kasi kahit dalhin mo sa service center nila ang may mga defects na Cherry Phone, kadalasan walang available na spare parts at di rin nila maayos. I am calling the attention of DTI to look into this Cherry Phone.
