i bought i28 rush last thursday feb. 17, 2011. i really like the model coz it’s cute. but, this afternoon (feb. 20, 2011). while txting i just noticed that a horizantal line suddenly appear then the screen became white. what will i do now. i can no longer use my cellphone. may i know the exact location of your service center but tomorrow i’m planning to return it to the store where i bought it to ask them the possible solution for this problem. thank you and i hope you can help me…
Same with the Torque android 7″.. in just few days it wasn’t working well, the touch screen. I t was too bad because i was sick for more than 2 weeks, as policy (LOZADA) 14days to return, this is really like a hook. Then i called them they gave me wrong information where to bring the item. And until now the TOrque service center here in manila tel number cant contact. This is a big mistake for me purchasing the unit
hay naku ang bagal ng service ng torque pero mabilis naman masira ang phone nila yung torque DTv20 ko sa alimall binili ayun sabi two eeks lng daw ayos na e halos 1 month na hindi pa rin po naayos ang LCD magpakatotoo po kayo baka 2 months po yun..
what happened to your celphone now joana?? we bought also a torque phone last saturday march 19 2011.. the exact same thing also happened to the screen it’s DQ30TV..
I really had a plan in buying a torque phone and my options were the two models mentioned above (i28 rush and dq30tv). Kindly update me about this. Or can anyone tell about the battery life of torque phones? thank you!

I tried the calling up the phone numbers you posted here for the service center of Torque, but both of it is not working anymore, the other one, belongs to samsung ang the other one is a residence.

i bought a dq70 at mobile networks southmall last december 2010 and it was working fine for 3 months. i used the radio or audio player for 2 hours or so everyday and the battery held up for 3-4 days which was just excellent. however, since april, the phone started acting up and its battery life went down to one day with normal phone use only! even subnormal, as i only text less than 10 a day! bah, torque! and most of all, the torque booth at southmall does not want to take responsibility to have it fixed at their service center as it is still under warranty — you have to take it there yourself! what kind of service do they know? even if the phone is cheap, does torque sell lemons? is this a rip-off or what?????

i have do have droidz glee… its screen is defective… how much is the replacement of the screen plus its service?
I bought Droidzmate last August 21 then after 2 months it stopped working. I just charged it one night then on that morning as I was checking it the screen is no longer responsive. I also tried to connect with Lazada and Torque service center but the result where either wrong number or busy..Poor Customer service.
I purchased DROIDZ Glee last july at MegaMall and it was working fine for almost a month until i noticed that it charged poorly, both using usb and outlet charger. and the battery easily gets drained. worst of all, until now i cant use the phone because it restarts everytime i attempt to use it. i cant even copy files from my memory storage because my laptop dont read it. Where can i find the service center nearest to me? By the way, Im from Sto.Tomas, Batangas.

good day! pinagawa ko po ung toqrue mobile ko i68 flow sa sm north branch, ang sabi po mga 3-4 weeks, but until now wala pa rin po. anu na po ngyari? baka po hindi na sa akin maibalik phone ko, pwede ko bang bawiin ko n lng ang tagal na kasi eh. Last October 16 ko pa pinagawa un but until now wala pa rin, pls give attention nman. tnx
