Smart customer service via Twitter

November 12th, 2009 | 2 Comments | Posted in Networks, Smart, Smart Bro

A lot of companies are now using the micro-blogging and social networking platform called Twitter. Here in the Philippines, I’ve been seeing some major companies using twitter to provide better customer service. Like Smart Communications.

SmartCares is Smart’s official twitter account and I’ve been following it for more than a month now.

So far it has been able to provide fast customer service – mostly complaints about the service. As of posting time, It has more than a thousand followers and I won’t be surprised if this will double by the end of the year or sooner – like end of November.

if you still don’t have one, get one now and add me up!
