If Smart is using twitter for providing online Customer service to their users, Globe has its own online customer service that goes by the name of Globe Chat Assist.
I was able to try this out a couple of weeks ago and here’s what happened.
When I clicked on the “We can help you” button, the next window that appeared was a bit disappointing. It said that there were no agents found.. I mean no available agents found.
I wonder how many agents they have for this online thingie.
So I tried checking again if there’s an agent that I’ll be able to chat with, but still there was none and it asked me to enter my email address and write a message instead on the message box provided regarding my inquiry.
You need a quick solution to your problem And with this, you’re not getting it. That’s why most people would end up commenting on blogs and forum topics instead… coz they get faster solutions to their problems.














Globe also has a Twitter account. Worked well for me.

I have been checking on chat assist for 2 days and the same problem occured……………”e-mail your concern”. No agent was available (for 2 days?)! sucks!
And I e-mailed,an auto reply came up in my inbox…..no good still,asking my mobile number, when my question is different.

we already paid our bill last monday dec.14,2009 after dat i told d customer service that he should reconnect our line because we cannot do outgoing calls,he said after 24 or 48 hours it will be reconnected but den until now still nothing happens w/ our line…….
hope that u will give importance regarding this matter

I always pay my bills every 1st day of the month(this is the due date).But this month of Nov.-Dec.i make my payment last Dec.4 instead of Dec..Am i going to pay this double for the delay??Is there a penalty for the delay of my payments???

The agent had her spiel and when i was done with my first question, she became offline.

getting assistance is a major major issue. if you are lucky to get connected, either your messages do not get through(one way traffic) or wala na pala yung ka chat mo
Yeah, Globe really sucks! I have been disconnect multiple times with their Chat Assist and not been able to get any clear solutions from any of their CSR. I think they don’t even know anything about customer’s question/inquiry, parang lahat sila dun e walang alam. Sayang ung effort na magre-connect ka sa Chat Assist kc sakto palagi na kapag di ka na nila msagot, automatic kang madidisconnect sa Chat.. Very inefficient and frustrating.. Dapat kc wala ng ganyang Chat Assist kc wla rin naman kwenta.. nakakainit lng lalo ng ulo ng mga subscriberts yan.. GRRRRRRRRRR
May bago ba jan? bulok naman talaga globe ever since. ^_^
agent will be offline even nag chachat pa kayu.. ano ba yan.. paano niyo kami matutulungan kung ganun lang man din.. may pa chat assist pa kayu tpos bigla lang kayu mag offline sa gitna ng pag uusap natin. buti lang sana kung na tulungan nyo ako.. ewan ko!!!
theyre bluffing, theyll disconnect you once hindi na nila masagot ang query, so effin lame. mas mahal pa nagagastos ko kahit prepaid ako compared sa postpaid then ganito lang pala katanga ang service, first time, first impression. FAIL.
I agree with you guys, walang kwenta ang Globe Chat Assist na yan. I was asking the agent to give me an update on the reference number given to me and two different agents told me to contact them again after 7am (I contacted them 12 30 am) kasi daw down yung system nila. So I asked how come ang tagal naman na nakadown nung system, as in may time pa na after 7am nalang daw, those 2 agents both disconnected the conversation, kainis diba. haaay
