A reader commented on my post about PLDT Telepwede to inform me that its has been replaced by PLDT Sulit Talk. However, he has some issues with it.
may bago na ang PLDT… the Sulit Talk, pamalit nila for telepwede… They’re requiring you to “migrate” from pwede to sulit talk by calling 101-20… I tried to connect pero always busy ang lines! if they’re gonna migrate to a new system they should compensate for projected flood of consumer calls! stupid managment of consumer services!
Sige, partida, may binanggit sa pinadala nilang brochure/manual na as long as you have P200 in the e-wallet automatically migrated ang system…
Then all of a sudden may tumawag sa house namin (name erased) saying ma-ban kami from all telecom services dahil hindi daw namin nire-re-enroll yearly ung pwede card namin kaya may charge na P900… otherwise banned na talaga kami.. and here’s the catch: SUNDAY sila tumawag… for goodness sake…
hindi ko alam kung snscam ba kami or if its true na may penalty talaga or if the charge is a penalty dahil hindi ko na-contact ang PLDT for the migration of pwede to Sulit Talk..
ok lang sana kung superb ang service eh.. pero hindi, all their customer service agents are ALWAYS “ENGAGED AT THE MOMENT, PLEASE TRY YOUR CALL LATER”!
If they’re going to provide prepaid services dapat straightforward, alang hidden mechanisms sa system.. parang sa cell-phone lang: bili ako ng load, gamitin ko, kapag na-ubos, no service. If I want to continue, reload! hindi yang may stupid charge for incoming calls, whatever, na yan!
I’m sure my mom also received such notice as we are using PLDT Tele pwede in our house in Marikina. I’m not sure how she’ll handle this but if this a “forced migration“, I think mom doesn’t have any choice.
I was searching online for any information about PLDT sulit Talk but surprisingly, I can’t find any. I’ll update this post as soon as I find more info about the product.
