Globe’s My Fully Loaded plan

Posted by migs Categories: Globe, Networks

My Globe plan just got better with the new My Fully Loaded plan of Globe.

ScreenShot005For those who haven’t heard about this plan, well, its a new postpaid plan – all consumable and with freebies and the latest handsets.

ScreenShot006Like depending on your plan, you can get 10 mins free calls and to Globe and TM numbers and/or 5 mins free calls to other networks, or make 10 minute free calls to international numbers. or Free calls to one number via globe super one.

You can also have Free 200 SMS to Globe and TM, and/or 25 SMS to other networks, and/or 10 SMS to international numbers and/or unlimited texts to one number via globe super one.

You may also have free 3 hours of mobile surfing, and/or unlimited surfing with Globe Super Surf.

If you’ll notice its “and/or”… that’s because you choose what “Free stuff” you will use.

So I was so excited about this, I immediately called globe thinking that I could change my plan from GFlex to My Fully Loaded and they didn’t disappoint me! You can choose the plan nearest your current plan. Say mine is plan 1800. I sort of downgraded my plan to plan P1799. You can’t choose plan 999. But you can always upgrade.

With this plan I get to choose five freebies. Its free anyway so i chose all 5! I got:

  • 10 mins free calls and to Globe and TM numbers
  • 5 mins free calls to other networks
  • 10 minute free calls to international numbers
  • Free calls to one number via globe super one
  • Free 200 SMS to Globe and TM
  • 25 SMS to other networks
  • 10 SMS to international numbers
  • unlimited texts to one number via globe super one

I talked to the Globe CSR for more than 15 minutes while she did the following:

  • Checked and re-checked if I can avail of the My Fully Loaded plan
  • My true identity
  • Convert my GFlex to fully loaded plan

Also, I am due to finish my contract on January 2011  so i asked her if converting to fully loaded plan won’t extend my contract, she said NO! Great!

After going through all the process. She told me that I’ll have to “monitor within 24 hours”. I asked he how would i know if I’ve already been converted, she said that there’s no text or call from them. – So how would i know? She then advised me to call them back tomorrow.

Now my next question is.. how do i use those freebies. Like do i need to enroll in the Globe super one? Do i need to key in specific numbers or prefixes before each number? And I’m at the middle of my globe billing cycle, how will this affect my bill?

Next, I’ll compare the My Fully Loaded plan with Gflex Plan.
