Being on the top of the “food chain”, it is not surprising that the iPhone and iPad maker is is being dragged in court for patent infringement law suits.

What surprised me is that there is this company called Digitude Innovations who seems to be filing law suites against different companies. But what’s more surprising is that they’ve seemed to filed claims against big companies except for one… Apple.
This is the juicy part. It seems that Apple has some interest in Digitude Innovations. As TechCrunch reported, Apple transferred patents to Digitude. In turn, the latter is now going after other companies for patent infringement.
