Sony has officially launched their FREE cloud storage called PlayMemories online.
PlayMemories Online™ is one of the easy-to-use services that’s offered on Sony Entertainment Network (SEN).
I blogged about this last week along with the news about Google Drive and Samsung S- Cloud.
Users will be given 5GB free cloud storage space. It seems that 5GB is the new standard FREE space these days.
Download the Sony PlayMemories Online iPad and iPhone app and app for your Android device to upload directly from your mobile device. You can also Use PlayMemories bundled with your sony camera or VAIO laptop to automatically add your photos and videos online.
Your photos and videos are automatically formatted for instant viewing across your smartphone, tablet, computer, “BRAVIA” and “S-Frame.” You can also share your photos and videos. A private link will be sent via email to whom you want to share your album and they will be able to view it online or from any of their device.
Go to Sony PlayMemories Online to sign up and start using your free online storage. Unfortunately, this service is not available yet for all countries. Users from the Philippines will still have to wait, hopefully not for long.
