Note: I am a PLDT MyDSL plan 1995 user.

    I am writing this letter to bring up the issue of our internet upgrade service. It has been almost two months since we requested for it, and up until now we are still being told that the upgrade has not been finished because of a so-called “service enhancement” being done in your server. I would like to tell you that we do not believe every single bit of it and that you are merely using excuses to delay the service upgrade, probably because you want to earn more from us but are not currently able to provide this service to us yet. If the plan 4000 is really not available to our area, then we would have preferred that you frankly tell this to us instead of making up excuses just steal money from us. In the future, please do not spread crap to your clients about your processing time being only 3-5 days because that is false advertising. Aside from your “fast” processing time, I am also filing a complaint for our external IP address not switching. We are currently subscribed to a dynamic IP address, but from the looks of it, our IP address has not changed for the past two months. I think that you have been tampering with our internet connection. Please return it to the way it used to be. I cannot help but express my utter dissatisfaction in your company as an internet service provider. Despite being the biggest internet service provider in the Philippines, you are still unable to provide customer satisfaction, which is probably why it takes me at least 10 minutes just to be able to talk to a customer representative on your customer support hotline. Shame on your company.
