The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) on saturday announced a new “per pulse” rate for voice calls on cellular phones which would make billing more reflective of the real costs of a call.

I googled about text clan and I found an article about it made by a Text Clan member.

Thanks to Amazon for mapping out places here in the Philippines where 3G, EDGE, or at least GPRS connection is available.
