Here’s another sad story about a service gone bad. Jepoy, of Captain’s Log, blogged about this abrupt disconnection of his PLDT Landline plus number/account. The PLDT Load retailer tried 3 or 5 times but failed to reload my account. He kept on receiving a text message about my SIM being inactive or disabled.
